Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to services provided by Power Washing Las Cruces, a power washing and exterior-cleaning company serving Las Cruces, New Mexico and the surrounding Mesilla Valley. By booking a service with us you agree to the terms below.
Quotes & pricing
We provide free, no-obligation quotes based on the information and photos you share. Each quote is a flat price for the described work. If the actual conditions on site differ materially from what was described (for example, a much larger area or unusually heavy staining), we will discuss any change with you and get your approval before proceeding — we never add charges silently.
Scheduling & access
Service is scheduled by mutual agreement, usually within the same week. You are responsible for providing access to the areas to be cleaned and a working outdoor water supply. If a crew arrives and cannot access the site or water, a return trip may need to be rescheduled.
Our methods
We select the right method for each surface — low-pressure soft washing for stucco, painted siding and roofs, and higher-pressure cleaning for concrete and masonry that can take it. This protects delicate finishes. Results depend on the age and condition of the surface; deep, set-in stains may lighten rather than disappear, and we will tell you honestly what to expect before we start.
Satisfaction
If something about the finished work isn't right, let us know promptly and we will come back and make it right within the scope of the quoted service. Our goal is a result you're happy with.
Liability
We are licensed and insured and take care to protect plants, fixtures and surrounding property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or failing materials, improperly sealed surfaces, or defects that cleaning reveals rather than causes. Please tell us in advance about any fragile features, loose siding, or areas of concern.
Payment
Payment is due on completion once the work is finished and you have reviewed it. We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle and card. Prices are as quoted at the time of booking.
